1.1 Platform Overview

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ace8 is ৳500 (per payment method). We support the following payment methods:

Deposited funds will only be accepted from the account holder's own payment method. Third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from ace8 is ৳800. Withdrawal processing time is generally 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Identity verification may be required to process a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus is in place, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.

New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the total of the deposit and bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the relevant offer details.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

Advancement to a VIP tier is entirely at ace8's own discretion and ace8 reserves the right to change this assessment at any time.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

ace8 ensures a fully fair and transparent gaming environment across all games. Any form of cheating, match-fixing or use of automated software is strictly prohibited. If such misconduct is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automation tools
• Abusing the bonus system or "bonus hunting"
• Betting through multiple accounts
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform

5.3 Technical Errors and Cancellations

If the outcome of any game is distorted due to a server error, network issue or any other technical reason, ace8 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wager. ace8 is not obligated to pay out any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error.
